One Bellevue Place Lands Restaurant Tenant
One Bellevue Place, the long-awaited redevelopment of the Bellevue Center mall, has landed its first known restaurant tenants.
According to marketing materials emailed from brokers representing the project — Jon Petty and Jeremy Coward, both with Southeast Venture — the project will be home to a Chili’s Grill & Bar and a Panera Bread, each located on outparcel sites.
The total development will include 1 million square feet of space over 87 acres. Other known tenants for the project include Sprouts Farmers Market and a Carmike Cinemas.
The project is being developed by Crosland Southeast, in conjunction with property owner Branch Properties LLC.
